I'm not sure that's entirely fair to lizards. If all Harper did was sit on a rocking sunning himself, Canada would be much better off. A better animal comparison might be a devious chimp in the service of the gorillas a la Planet of the Apes. The gorillas, of course, are the Bush administration in the US.
